| Terms and Conditions BY USING THE NYLONZ STORE YOU AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING: *PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & ILLUSTRATIONS Unless otherwise listed, it is understood that ALL Lingerie offered for sale is Custom Manufactured / Finished to the buyers requirements. Nylonz Ltd. are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our web site. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Sizes and colour shades may vary from each production batch. * SHIPPING & PRICING Nylonz Ltd has a policy to ship goods in stock within 24 hours of receipt of order / confirmation of cleared payment funds. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund. Any out of stock orders will be completed within 28 days from receipt of order. All products will remain the property of Nylonz Ltd. until full payment has been received. Please note all items on this website are charged in GBP UK POUNDS. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and without notice. Sizes and colour shades may vary from each production batch. The maximum shipping time from the UK is 28 days but we aim to dispatch all orders from stock within one working day. * RETURNS POLICY Nylonz Ltd. Follow the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and The Supply of Goods & Services Act 1982 and Distance Selling Act . We sell goods that are as described and of satisfactory quality, and provide services that are to a proper standard of workmanship. Nylonz Ltd. are not required to offer a returns policy in relation to the following groups of items: Lingerie that has been used / worn Hosiery that has been removed from it's packaging / worn Made-to-order or customised items ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT EXCHANGES ARE CARRIED OUT FREE OF CHARGE (MINUS SHIPPING COSTS) ITEMS FOR REFUND ARE MINUS SHIPPING COSTS Lingerie & Hosiery is not permitted for return due to obvious reasons of Hygiene, Health & Safety - would you be happy to purchase such items that had previously been worn? All of our Lingerie is custom made or made to order for the individual buyer & as such is not permitted for return / refund. If you need to return an order you must email us first at sales@nylonz.co.uk we will then send you a returns number, all items must have a returns number or items will not be processed.
